Welcome to Football Architect. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Football Architect ("the Game") developed and published by Tranquilo ("we", "our", or "us").

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or playing Football Architect, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

1. License Grant

1.1 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Football Architect for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

1.2 Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game (except where permitted by law)
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose without our written permission
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Game
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Interfere with or disrupt the Game or servers

2. Early Access

Football Architect is currently in Early Access. This means:

• The Game is still in development and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
• Features and gameplay may change significantly during development
• We make no guarantees about the final state of the Game
• Your save files may become incompatible with future updates
• Performance and stability may vary

By purchasing Early Access, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

3. User-Generated Content and Mods

3.1 Modding Support

Football Architect supports community-created modifications ("Mods"). You may create and share Mods subject to these conditions:

• Mods must be distributed for free
• Mods must not contain illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content
• You retain ownership of your Mods but grant us a license to use them
• We are not responsible for any Mods created by third parties

3.2 License to User Content

By creating and sharing Mods or other content, you grant Tranquilo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with Football Architect.

4. Intellectual Property

Football Architect, including all code, graphics, audio, text, and other content, is owned by Tranquilo and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Updates and Patches

We may release updates, patches, and downloadable content for the Game. These updates may be required to continue playing. Updates are subject to these Terms unless accompanied by separate terms.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination, your license to use the Game ends, and you must cease all use and delete all copies of the Game.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRANQUILO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

9. Refunds

Refund policies are governed by the platform through which you purchased the Game (e.g., Steam). Please refer to their refund policies.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Game shall be resolved in the courts of your jurisdiction.
